I struggled to find the right information and guidance, which made my job more challenging than it needed to be. Over time, I developed a deep understanding of what managers and leaders expect, and I became skilled at designing best practices and optimizing processes to meet those expectations. My experiences inspired me to create Next Step Assist, where my goal is to ensure that no one has to face the same struggles alone.
